After 8 Night-time Consumption Triple Rewards:

Terms and Conditions

1.The Programme will be held from September 29 to October 29, 2023, both days inclusive, or will conclude on the day when all e-coupons of the Programme are redeemed, whichever is earlier.

2.Each participant must register as an H·COINS members (herein referred to as “members”) to take part in “First-Tier Reward” and “Second-Tier Reward”.

3.To participate “First-Tier Reward” under “After 8 Night-time Consumption Triple Rewards”, members are required to make purchases via any electronic payment methods at MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY and MOSTown merchants that provide electronic sales receipts. Members must register Coins successfully with the merchant’s machine-printed sales receipts and the corresponding electronic payment slips uploaded to the H·COINS app, or presented at any participating mall concierges or customer service counters, or H·COINS x CU APP “Auto-earn Coins”. H·COINS members with any valid spending via electronic payment in the two participating malls after 8pm every Fridays to Sundays, Public Holidays can earn 2x Coins upon successful Coins registration. (Each member is eligible to earn a maximum of extra 1,000 Coins per day).

4.To participate Second-Tier Reward, H·COINS members with a designated amount of same-day spending via electronic payment methods after 8pm during the promotion period (every Fridays to Sundays and Public Holidays between September 29 to October 29, 2023) must visit the Customer Service Counter or Concierge to register the spending in person and successfully earn Coins in order to redeem the rewards. All the rewards are limited offers, available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

Reward 1(Quota for each participating mall is 5,000pcs, total quota for 2 malls is 10,000pcs): Members same-day spending of HK$500 or above via electronic payment (maximum two sets of receipts) to earn one HK$50 Shopping e-Coupon

Reward 2(Quota for each participating mall is 1,000pcs, total quota for 2 malls is 2,000pcs): Members with same-day spending of HK$1,200 or above via electronic payment (maximum three sets of receipts) will earn HK$150 Shopping e-Coupons (including three HK$50 Shopping e-Coupons)

5. To participate Third-Tier Reward , shoppers successfully redeem free parking at the mall they spent with same-day designated spnding via electronic payment method (at least 1 spending receipt issued after 8:00 pm) during the promotion period (every Fridays to Sundays and Public Holidays between September 29 to October 29, 2023) can enjoy extra 1 hour of free parking on top of basic free parking hours during free parking redemption. Cannot be used in conjunction with other ‘Extra Free Parking Offers’ (except for the ‘Free Parking Offer for Henderson Club Members’).

6. Shoppers must successfully redeem the free parking offer at the mall in order to enjoy an additional 1 hour of free parking. (Please refer to the terms and conditions of the parking offer under the “Participating Mall” for more details.)

7. After 8 Night-time Consumption to get extra 1 hour of free parking (Third-Tier Reward) is not applicable for private vehicles parked at MCP ONE carpark, nor any consumption at MCP ONE, nor free parking redemption at MCP ONE Customer Service Counter or Concierge.

8. Members must have same-day spending upon designated amount and present valid machine-printed original sales receipts together with corresponding original electronic payment receipts (issued between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM the next day) at the Customer Service Counter or Concierge of the mall where the spending was made on the same day of purchase(s) to redeem the rewards. Re-printed or photocopied receipts will not be accepted. Each purchase of HK$100 or above and transactions made by the same member on the same day would be allowed.

9.Members must provide all valid machine-printed sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip for redemption. The ambassadors at the Customer Service Counter or Concierge will place a stamp on the empty space on the original machine-printed sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip. Afterwards, all verified and registered data cannot be revised.

10. Each set of eligible receipts can only be used to redeem Reward 1 or Reward 2 once, eligible receipts used for Reward 1 redemption cannot be re-used to redeem Reward 2, and vice versa. Any remaining amount from an accumulative spending that has already been registered to redeem the reward cannot be counted for next accumulative spending. Members can redeem Reward 1 and/ Reward 2 simultaneously with each qualifying accumulated spending, without any specific order. The registered receipts can be used to earn Coins and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and promotions, except parking promotion (refer to the terms and conditions of the parking promotion).

11.The individual HLD Mall Shopping e-Coupons are valid from September 29 to November 29, 2023.

12. The machine-printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips for all purchases should be dated between September 29 to October 29, 2023. (herein referred to as “promotional period”).

13. All individual HLD Mall Shopping e-Coupons, under any circumstances, cannot be transferred, moved to other accounts, or exchanged for cash or other gifts. All unused e-coupons will be forfeited after the valid period of this promotion.

14. In case of fraud or abuse, the participating malls reserve the right to immediately cancel or recall all received and/or redeemed individual HLD Mall Shopping e-Coupons.

15. The Coins registration procedure carried out by members is subject to the terms and conditions under “Coins registration”. For details, please refer to the “Terms and Conditions” on the H·COINS website or mobile app.

16. Each set of valid machine-printed sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip can only be redeemed for a maximum of two e-stamps. Purchases made on the same day at the same tenant split into multiple receipts will not be accepted.

17. The e-Coupon successfully credited to the members’ account can be viewed at “My Wallet” at H·COINS App. All e-coupon is valid until November 29, 2023.

18. Please refer to Henderson Malls – e-Coupon acceptance list in H·COINS APP for the applicable merchants.

19. The designated spending amount will apply starting from the members’ registration process completion date, concerning electronic sales receipts and successful COINS registration.

20. With spending of HK$1 or above by electronic payment methods at MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY, and upon presenting a set of valid sales receipts (one merchant’s machine-printed sales receipt together with corresponding electronic payment slip(s) are regarded as a set of valid sales receipts), members may self-register for COINS via the COINS mobile App or register in person at MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY, within 14 days of the invoice date. Expired receipts will not be accepted for Point registration. All merchants’ machine-printed sales receipts and electronic payment slips must be machine printed, and clearly show that the sales receipt is issued by merchants of MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY, bearing the merchant’s name (which must match with the merchant shown on the in-mall directory), merchant number, machine printed invoice number, transaction date and transaction amount. If members choose to visit the Club Counter at L1, MCP CENTRAL to register for Points, members are required to present the original machine-printed sales receipts. Payments by cash; payments with re-printed, handwritten, or photocopied machine-printed sales receipts, hand-written sales receipts, duplicates, photocopies of sales receipts and payment slips will not be accepted for Point registration. The staff at the Club Counter have the right to refuse any COINS registration in respect of sales receipts with missing, false, unclear, damaged, or altered information.

21. Electronic payment methods (credit cards, EPS, debit cards, WeChat Pay, Quick Pass, UnionPay Quick Pass, Octopus, Alipay, FPS, Visa payWave, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Tap & Go, TNG Wallet, BoC Pay, HSBC Reward+, OmyCard, TFPay, PAYME, HKTVpay, Atome, pace. and any kind of electronic payment that is accepted by HLD Malls from time to time (hereinafter called “electronic currency”) at MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY may register for COINS.

22. Designated spending amounts refer to the net amount of money paid. Discounts, cash coupons, or the value of any privileges or rebates from purchases will not be counted for purposes of the designated spending amounts. For receipts from installments or partial payments/deposits, only the actual amounts paid on the day of purchase will be counted toward the total spending amount. All sales receipts banking slips, all receipts issued by the shops in the wet market, purchase of stamps, Post Office receipts, tuition fee receipts, receipts issued in respect of 999.9 pure gold or deposits for gold saving club (except gold jewellery), insurance premiums receipts, receipts issued by property agencies receipts, exhibition and temporary exhibition booths, pop-up stores and/or short-lease tenants; all monthly fees payment receipts, online shopping receipts, any value-added services receipts, any goods collection receipts, any domestic helper payment receipts, receipts of EPS money withdrawal, car care services receipts, cross-border buses receipts, receipts in relation to cancellation or refund of transaction, and receipts issued in respect of any other non-retail related spending (for instance: care and maintenance services, repair service fee, goods delivery fee, dismantle service fee, installation service fee, etc.) and duplicate copies of machine-printed sales receipts. For the avoidance of doubt, the purchase of product vouchers (including cake cards, food coupons, any kinds of trade-in transactions or product redemptions, etc.) are eligible for Coins Registration.

24. Only the actual transaction amount will be counted for redemption. Any discounts and the value of any cash coupons or rewards or rebate used in the purchase will not be counted as the designated amount of spending.

25. Members should inspect all Gift before the redemption procedure has been completed. Redemptions may not be returned, exchanged, changed, or reimbursed for cash. Any lost Gift will not be re-issued.

26. MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY and MOSTownis not the gift and service supplier, and therefore will not be held accountable for any losses or problems resulting from the use of any gifts or services, or for any disputes with relevant suppliers. The details of this promotion may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.

27. All Gift are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last, and the promotion will be terminated immediately after all gifts being redeemed without prior notice.

28. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited reserves the right to modify the structure and content of H·COINS at any time without prior notice, including all content of the mobile App / website, COINS registration, COINS conversion, expiry dates of COINS, available rewards and offers, methods to redeem and collect rewards and offers, terms and conditions, other items, and termination of H·COINS. It is the responsibility of members to keep themselves up to date in respect to the structure and content of H·COINS, including any modifications of these terms and conditions. Registering for Points and redeeming rewards and offers will be deemed as acceptance of all relevant terms and conditions by the members. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY, MOSTown will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from changes to the structure and content of H·COINS, including these terms and conditions.

29.The advertising or public relation agencies of MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY, MOSTown as well as the employees and family members of all MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY, MOSTown merchants are not permitted to participate in this promotion.

30. MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY, MOSTown reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions herein. In the event of any disputes, the decision of MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY will be final. The above programs are subject to change and may be cancelled without prior notice.

31. Where there are discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of any promotional materials, the Chinese version shall prevail.
