Terms and conditions
1) Each member is entitled only once to redeem an e-ticket for “Alfred Hui Feels Grateful to You 2021 – Online Gratitude Gathering Live”.
2) Members who redeem 1,000 COINS for H·COINS rewards will not only receive e-tickets and exclusive limited edition Alfred Hui gifts (200 entries), but you’ll also get the opportunity to join Alfred Hui online interactive game and a one-on-one video dialogue with him. Those who successfully redeem the rewards can join the H·COINS game listed in the redemption messages. The drawn winners will be announced on the H·COINS official website of Henderson Land shopping arcades on 3rd February, 2021, followed by a phone call about the details. Each H·COINS member can redeem the rewards only once.
3) H·COINS limited edition Alfred Hui gifts must be redeemed between 15th February and 15th March, 2021 at the concierge /member zone areas of the seven participating Henderson Land shopping arcades.
4) All H·COINS members can vote for one of two songs that Alfred Hu may perform based on one person, one vote on the live platform on the day of the event.
5) Customers are required to download the H·COINS app and register as an H·COINS member (free-of-charge) on the designated date and time. Members can use HK$1 personal electronic spending to redeem 1 COIN (The spending amount of each receipt should total HK$100 or more)
6) After successfully redeeming the H·COINS rewards, a redemption message will be sent to “My Wallet” on the H·COINS app. Members please follow the steps to login to the live platform of “Alfred Hui Feels Grateful to You 2021 – Online Gratitude Gathering Live” to view on the day of the event.
7) Accurate personal information details, including English surname and given names as well as a mobile phone number, are required to register for H·COINS membership. This information is also required to login to the live platform of the Gratitude Gathering.
Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating Henderson Land shopping arcades assume no responsibility for any failure to login to the live platform and view the Gratitude Gathering due to an inaccurate or incorrectly typed entry.
8) The Gratitude Gathering live platform is accessible only for those H·COINS members who have successfully redeemed their rewards. The personal details of members will not be disclosed, shared or sent to third parties.
9) Those members who’ve successfully redeemed e-tickets should use the personal information they input when registering for their H·COINS membership to login the live platform on the day of the event. Any subsequent user who tries to enter the same personal information will be rejected. Members should carefully protect their personal information.
10) Each H·COINS member is allowed to use only one electronic device to access the online Gratitude Gathering Live.
11) The organiser reserves the right of final determination concerning performance details (including other performance units of the same event).
12) The organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or stop this event, as well as change the terms and conditions of this event without prior notice. Participants must accept these conditions without objection.
13) The organiser, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating Henderson Land shopping arcades offer no guarantees concerning this event and its contents whatsoever. Furthermore, they do not guarantee that the event information at any time is accurate, complete or updated in a timely manner, or that the execution of the event is free of any defects or inadequacies, including computer virus or other risks. Participants shall bear all risks associated with attending this event. Under no circumstances will the organiser, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited or the participating Henderson Land shopping arcades bear any responsibility for losses incurred by participants, including conditions or limitations imposed by network providers beyond our control, which may result in participants being unable to attend the event, or that lead to any disruptions or delays during the performance.
14) If you do not receive a redemption message before 3rd February, 2021, you will be considered as ‘not qualified’. No individual notifications will be made.
15) The organiser, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating Henderson Land shopping arcades assume no responsibility for any unsuccessful logins to the live platform to view the Gratitude Gathering as a result of any network problems, system malfunction, poor telephone reception or blocking by third party applications that may cause a delay, loss, mistake, or corruption of an information transfer.
16) The live platform of “Alfred Hui Feels Grateful to You 2021 – Online Gratitude Gathering Live” is accessible only throughout the Hong Kong territory.
17) No changes, cancellations or withdrawals will be accepted once the H·COINS reward redemption has been verified.
18) Users are not permitted to claim compensation or bring a lawsuit against the organiser, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited or the participating Henderson shopping arcades for any failure to redeem or use e-tickets caused by the factors including but not limiting to the occurrence of any communications system disruption, breakdown, blocking, stop, delay, loss, failure to access, inaccurate data transmission or other malfunctions.
19) To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, demonstrative, punitive or derivative damages (including utility, data, business or profit losses) caused by or related to your participation of the Gratitude Gathering Live, whether by contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), absolute liability or other means, despite whether you have been advised or not of the possibility of such damages or losses. Furthermore, you confirm and agree that our company or any of the affiliates will bear no responsibilities for anyone or will not be liable for any disputes or claims as a result of your participation of the Gratitude Gathering Live.
20) Members hereby understand and accept that all privileges and rewards are available in limited quantities, on a first come, first served basis. Furthermore, if a reward cannot be redeemed prior to the deadline due to limited stock or other reasons, there will be no compensation for the unused COINS that were redeemed for it. Participating tenants reserve the right to change the gifts (of equal value) without prior notice. The Henderson Land shopping arcades and H‧COINS do not guarantee the supply of any rewards during the entire valid promotional period.
21) The reward photos (if any) provided by any Henderson Land shopping arcades and/or H‧COINS are for reference only, the actual products may vary. All rewards do not include any warranty, exchange, transfer, cash refund or change. Members are responsible for verifying the quality of the rewards at the time of redemption. No rewards will be re-issued and no bonus points will be refunded afterwards.
Henderson Land shopping arcades and H‧COINS are not responsible for the quality of the food, goods, services and products provided by suppliers, nor shall they be held liable for any consequences or losses due to the use of these products or services. Members hereby expressly acknowledge that any redeemed rewards are exclusively limited to the transactions between members and relevant product/service providers. There is no contractual relationship between the Henderson Land shopping arcades and members concerning any redeemed goods and services.
22) Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating Henderson Land shopping arcades will not be responsible or will not re-issue e-tickets in the event including but not limiting to that customers try to use expired e-tickets or have lost their mobile phones.
23) The maximum COINS registration at each participating shopping arcade for each member is 20,000 COINS on a single day, based on electronic receipts issued by merchants.
24) Members may upload receipts to the app for self-serviced COINS registration which will be verified in 5 working days after receiving bonus point applications. After approval, COINS will be added to members’ accounts automatically.
25) Members who spend in 7 participating Henderson Land shopping arcades during 27th January and 2nd February may upload receipts at the member zones/concierges for adding COINS to members’ accounts and redeeming e-tickets of “Alfred Hui Feels Grateful to You 2021 – Online Gratitude Gathering Live” instantaneously.
26) Customers can use app to undergo “Self-serviced COINS registration”. Members may upload the eligible merchants’ receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips (which must show the payment made by the member) to app by themselves within 14 days of transaction date for COINS registration.
27) All redeemed rewards are not replaceable and exchangeable for cash or other gifts.
28) Your reward redemption with H．COINS of our company will serve as your confirmation that you read and agree this term and conduction as well as the terms and conditions of H．COINS website.
29) The participating Henderson Land shopping arcades include MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY, MOSTown, Kolour Tsuen Wan, Kolour Yuen Long, Shatin Centre & Shatin Plaza, Trend Plaza and Square Mile.
30) The organiser, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating Henderson Land shopping centres reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions anytime without prior notice. Any disputes Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating Henderson Land shopping centres reserve the final right of determination.
