During the promotion period, register as a H·COINS new member and first time successfully registered Citistore’s spending receipt via the “Self-Register COINS” in H·COINS App, or visit the spending mall concierge or customer service counter can earn 3,000 COINS welcome gift, and extra 1,000 COINS**, total 4,000 COINS reward.

**The first COINS registration must be uploaded with Citistore’s receipt in order to be eligible to receive the new member welcome offer. Once the COINS registration is approved on the mobile App, the reward COINS will be automatically credited to eligible member’s account at 10pm on the same day. An in-App notification will be sent to members by the system. If the COINS is approved after 10pm, the extra COINS will be credited to the eligible member account on the next day.

Once have successfully registered as CU APP member, will be entitled for a HK$15 discount welcome e-coupon for APITA, CItistore, Citilife, GUU SAN and UNY (upon spending HK$50).

Terms and Conditions of “H·COINS Members Summer Exclusive Offers”
1. “H·COINS Members Summer Exclusive Offers” Promotion Programme (herein referred to as “Programme”) is held at designated participating shopping malls of Henderson Leasing Agency Limited, including (i) MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY, (ii) MOSTown, (iii) KOLOUR Tsuen Wan, (iv) KOLOUR Yuen Long and (v) Trend Plaza.
2. Customers must register as H·COINS members (herein referred to as “members”) to participate in the Programme.
3. The promotion period lasts from 22 July to 14 August 2022, with both days inclusive.
4. About “Enjoy HK$20 discount at Citistore”: The Programme is only applicable to H·COINS members who registered and login to H·COINS mobile app successfully on or before 14 August 2022 9pm. Each member will be awarded with one Citistore HK$20 e-Coupon (herein referred to as “e-Coupon”) during the promotion period. All e-Coupons will be automatically issued to eligible members’ “My Wallet” on the H·COINS mobile app from 21 July 2022.
5. Each e-Coupon is valid from 22 July to 14 August 2022, and subject to the business hours of Citistore. All unredeemed e-Coupons after 14 August 2022 will be automatically forfeited.
6. Members can check their e-Coupons from “My Wallet” of the H·COINS mobile app, and then visit any Citistore to redeem the offer after presenting the QR code of the corresponding e-Coupon within the promotion period.
7. The Citistore HK$20 e-Coupon can only be used at Citistore cashier (not acceptable at counter’s cashier) at MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY, MOSTown, KOLOUR Tsuen Wan, KOLOUR Yuen Long and Trend Plaza, with single net purchase of HK$500.
8. Each e-Coupon can only be used once, expired, screen cap or reuse of the cash coupon is not acceptable.
9. The e-Coupons cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash or other gifts under any circumstances, and cannot be used in the conjunction with other coupons, cash coupons and discount offers.
10. The face value of the $20 e-Coupon is ineligible to earn CU APP reward points.
11. Products purchased with the e-Coupons are non-refundable.
12. The Citistore HK$20 e-Coupon are not applicable at restaurants and coffee shops, A1 Bakery, Zoff glasses, Brotherhood Barber Shop, Jumpin Gym, special venue, Citistore eShop, purchase of gift certificates and mooncake vouchers, Sth. member benefits, payment for purchases by installments or deposits, individual consignment shops and goods, fixed-priced products, and plastic shopping bags.
13. All staff of Group’s subsidiaries and cardholders of Group Purchase Discount Scheme cannot use the e-Coupons when using the staff discount.
14. All staff of Citistore and concessionaire counters are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
15. A maximum of two HLD Malls e-Coupons (including the $20 Citistore e-coupon) can be used for each transaction.
16. The usage of e-Coupons is subject to the terms and conditions of H·COINS and the related merchant. For details, please refer to the “Terms and Conditions” of the H·COINS webpage or the mobile App and contact the related merchant.
17. H·COINS and participating shopping malls would not give any guarantee or take any responsibility in respect of the products and services (including but not limited to the quality).
18. The value deducted from the e-Coupon could not be used to redeem gifts or parking promotions.
19. About “H·COINS New Members Extra Welcome Offer”: The Programme is applicable for those customers who register successfully as members for the first time.
20. During the promotion period, customers who register as a H·COINS new member and first time successfully registered Citistore’s spending receipt can earn 3,000 COINS welcome gift, and extra 1,000 COINS, total 4,000 COINS reward. Every new member will be awarded only once during the promotional period. Once the COINS registration is approved, the 3,000 COINS welcome gift and extra 1,000 COINS will be automatically added to members’ accounts in the mobile App at 10pm on the same day. An in-App notification will be sent to members by the system. If the COINS is approved after 10pm, the extra COINS will be credited to the eligible member account on the next day.
21. In case of fraud or abuse, H·COINS reserves the right to cancel or recall all registered and/or redeemed e-Coupon and/or COINS immediately.
22. COINS registration by members is subject to the terms and conditions under ‘COINS registration.’ For COINS redemption details, please refer to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ on the H·COINS website or mobile app.
23. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and participating shopping malls have the absolute right and discretion to deny any disqualified and/or invalid sales receipts or prize redemptions. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating shopping malls also reserve final approval rights on all related sales receipts, prize redemptions and COINS. Members may not appeal any decision.
24. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the H·COINS scheme at any time without prior notice, including all content of the mobile App/website, COINS registration, COINS conversion, expiry dates of COINS, available rewards and offers, methods to redeem and collect rewards and offers, terms and conditions, as well as termination of H·COINS. It is the responsibility of members to remain informed about the structure and content of H·COINS, including any modifications of these terms and conditions. Registering COINS or redeeming rewards and offers will be deemed as acceptance of all relevant terms and conditions by members. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from any changes to the structure and/or content of H·COINS, including these terms and conditions.
25. About “CU APP New Member Offer”: The Programme is applicable for those customers who register successfully as CU APP members for the first time. After successful registration, the $15 discount welcome e-coupon will be automatically issued to the member’s account, under “My Coupons”.
26. Upon a purchase of $50 (net spent in one single same-day sales memo) at APITA, Citistore, Citilife, GUU SAN and UNY, entitled to use one CU APP $15 discount welcome e-coupon.
27. Please present the $15 welcome e-coupon before payment.
28. The $15 welcome e-coupon is not applicable to use at self-checkout cashier.
29. The $15 welcome e-coupon cannot be used in the conjunction with other coupons, cash coupons and discount offers.
30. The $15 welcome e-coupon is not applicable at restaurants and coffee shops, A-1 Bakery, Zoff glasses, Brotherhood Barber Shop, Jumpin Gym, special venue, Citistore eShop, purchase of gift certificates, Sth. Member benefits, payment for purchases by installments or deposits, individual consignment shops and goods, fixed-priced products, cigarettes and plastic shopping bags.
31. The $15 welcome e-coupon is non-transferable and can only be used once. It will not be returned after being used.
32. The validity period of the $15 welcome e-coupon is 30 days from the issue date. Invalid when expired.
33. The $15 welcome e-coupon has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash coupons.
34. The face value of the $15 welcome e-coupon is ineligible to earn CU APP reward points.
35. In case of any disputes on the “CU APP New Member Offer” and the usage of the $15 welcome e-coupon, Newmarket Sourcing Company Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
36. The decision of Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and Citistore (H.K.) Ltd shall be final in case of any dispute.
37. In case of any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version, the English Version shall prevail.
