Parking Privilege#
In addition to the current free parking privileges at the designated participating shopping malls, by presenting the valid CLUB ic e-Membership Card and meeting the specified spending requirements to enjoy extra 1 hour of free parking offer

Terms and Conditions
1. H·COINS “H·COINS Privileges Exclusive for CLUB ic Members” (herein referred to as ”Programme”) is held at seven Henderson malls (herein referred to as “participating malls”), including (i) MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY (Metro City Plaza Phase 2 and Phase 3), (ii) MOSTown, (iii) KOLOUR Tsuen Wan, (iv) KOLOUR Yuen Long, (v) Shatin Centre & Shatin Plaza, (vi) Trend Plaza, and (vii) Square Mile.
2. The Programme will be held from 22 September to 31 October 2023 (herein referred to as ”promotional period”), both days inclusive, or will conclude on the day when all e-coupons of the Programme are redeemed, whichever is earlier.
3. Each participant must register as a valid CLUB ic member and H·COINS member (herein referred to as “member”) to take part in the Programme.
4. About “New Member Spending Privilege”: During the promotional period, CLUB ic members register as H·COINS new members, and make purchases via any electronic payment methods at any participating malls’ merchants that provide electronic sales receipts (herein referred to as “participating merchant”). Members must register Coins successfully with the participating merchant’s machine-printed sales receipts and the corresponding electronic payment slips (i) uploaded to the H·COINS app, or (ii) presented at any participating malls’ concierges or customer service counters, or (iii) H·COINS x CU APP “Auto-earn Coins”, and visit the participating malls’ concierges or customer service counters together with the valid CLUB ic e-Membership Card on the same day of purchase(s), will get a chance to earn a HK$100 HLD Malls shopping e-Coupon and extra 3,000 Coins (herein referred to as “reward”).
5. A total of 500 sets of reward will be given away during the promotional period, available on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last. Each eligible member shall be entitled to the reward for a maximum of one time during the promotional period.
6. H·COINS 3,000 Coins Welcome Gift is only applicable to the members who successfully registered any Coins for the first time. Once the Coins registration is approved, the 3,000 Coins will be automatically credited to eligible member’s account at 10pm on the same day. If the Coins is approved after 10pm, the extra Coins will be credited to the eligible member account on the next day. The 3,000 Coins Welcome Gift is subject to the H·COINS terms and conditions. 7. Members must present valid machine-printed original sales receipts together with corresponding original electronic payment receipts at the Customer Service Counter or Concierge of the participating malls where the spending was made on the same day of purchase(s) to redeem the reward. Re-printed or photocopied receipts will not be accepted.
8. Members must provide all valid machine-printed sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip for redemption. The ambassadors at the Customer Service Counter or Concierge will place a stamp on the empty space on the original machine-printed sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip. Afterwards, all verified and registered data cannot be revised.
9. The HK$100 HLD Malls Shopping e-Coupons are valid for 1 month, starting from the day of redemption.
10. The machine-printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips for all purchases should be dated between 22 September to 31 October 2023.
11. Please refer to the “Merchants Accepting HLD Malls e-Coupons” from the H·COINS app for use of Henderson malls’ shopping e-coupons.
12. All HLD Malls shopping e-Coupons, under any circumstances, cannot be transferred, moved to other accounts, or exchanged for cash or other gifts. All unused e-Coupons will be forfeited after the valid period of this promotion.
13. In case of fraud or abuse, the participating malls reserve the right to immediately cancel or recall all received and/or redeemed HLD Malls shopping e-Coupons.
14. About “Parking Privilege”: Enjoy extra one hour of free parking on top of the existing free parking privileges at the designated participating shopping malls and upon fulfilling the specified spending requirements.
15. Extra 1 hour of free parking offer is only applicable at MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY (Metro City Plaza Phases 2 and 3), MOSTown, KOLOUR Tsuen Wan, Shatin Centre & Shatin Plaza, and Square Mile. This is not applicable for private vehicles parked at MCP ONE carpark, nor any consumption at MCP ONE, nor free parking redemption at MCP ONE Customer Service Counter or Concierge.
16. Members must fulfil spending of the designated amount at designated shopping malls to enjoy the free parking offer.
17. Members can enjoy extra 1 hour of free parking on top of the existing free parking privileges by presenting the valid CLUB ic e-Membership card and parking e-voucher at the Concierge to enjoy the offer. Each member can only redeem the offer once at the same shopping mall per day.
18. Complimentary parking offers cannot be accumulated. Each shopper is entitled to redeem and enjoy the parking offers once per parking entry. Shoppers cannot redeem any offer after settlement.
19. The registered receipts can be used to earn Coins and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and promotions (except for “One Extra Hour of Free Parking Offer” for Henderson Club Members), except parking promotion (refer to the Terms and conditions of the parking promotion).
20. The Coins registration procedure carried out by members is subject to the terms and conditions under “Coins Registration”. For details, please refer to the “Terms and Conditions” on the H·COINS website or mobile app.
21. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls have the absolute right and discretion to deny any disqualified and/or invalid sales receipts as well as redeemed HLD Malls shopping and dining e-coupons. Furthermore, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls also reserve final approval with respect to all related sales receipts and redeemed e-coupons. Members may not appeal any decision in this regard.
22. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the H·COINS promotion at any time without prior notice, including all content appearing on the mobile app/website, Coins registration, Coins conversion, expiry dates of Coins, available rewards and offers, methods for redeeming and collecting rewards, and any special offers, terms and conditions, and other items, as well as termination of H·COINS. It is the responsibility of members to remain informed about the structure and content of H·COINS, including any modifications of these terms and conditions. Registering Coins or redeeming rewards and offers will be deemed as acceptance of all relevant terms and conditions by members. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from any changes to the structure and/or content of H·COINS, including amendments to these terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, the decision of Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating shopping malls will be final.

24. If any inconsistency or ambiguity arises between the English version and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
