Redemption Method: Members can redeem Lai See Packets with designated Coins via the H·COINS mobile app and collect them at selected mall concierge or customer service counters.
Redemption Period: 5 – 24 January, 2023, while stocks last
Redemption Time: 12noon – 10pm

H·COINS “Blessings and Good Fortune – Lai See Packets Redemption” Terms and Conditions
1. H·COINS “Blessings and Good Fortune – Lai See Packets Redemption” (herein referred to as “Programme”) is held at seven participating shopping malls of Henderson Leasing Agency Limited, including (i) MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY (Metro City Plaza Phase 2 and Phase 3), (ii) MOSTown, (iii) KOLOUR Tsuen Wan, (iv) KOLOUR Yuen Long, (v) Shatin Centre & Shatin Plaza, (vi) Trend Plaza, and (vii) Square Mile.
2. Customers must register as H·COINS members (herein referred to as “members”) to participate in the Programme.
3. The Programme runs from January 5 to January 24, 2023, both days inclusive, or will conclude on the day when all gifts of the Programme are redeemed (whichever occurs first).
4. Members may redeem a set of “Blessings and Good Fortune Lai See Packets” with 888 Coins via the H·COINS mobile app, and collect them at selected mall concierge or customer service counters.
5. Members may check their redemption vouchers at “My Wallet” on the H·COINS mobile app, and visit the selected mall concierge or customer service counter to collect gifts after presenting the QR Code of the corresponding gift redemption vouchers within 7 days, starting from the first day following successful registration.
6. No gift exchanges, transfers or cash change is provided under any circumstances. All gifts not redeemed after January 24, 2023 will be automatically forfeited.
7. In the event of fraud or abuse, the participating malls reserve the right to immediately cancel or recall all received and/or redeemed gifts.
8. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls have the absolute right and discretion to deny any disqualified and/or invalid sales receipts as well as redeemed gifts. Furthermore, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls also reserve the right of final approval with respect to all related sales receipts and/or redeemed gifts. Members may not appeal any decision in this regard.
9. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the H·COINS promotion at any time without prior notice, including all content appearing on the mobile app/website, Coins registration, Coins conversion, expiry dates of Coins, available rewards and offers, methods for redeeming and collecting rewards, and any special offers, terms and conditions, and other items, as well as termination of H·COINS. It is the responsibility of members to remain informed about the structure and content of H·COINS, including any modifications of these terms and conditions. Registering Coins or redeeming rewards and offers will be deemed as acceptance of all relevant terms and conditions by members. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from any changes to the structure and/or content of H·COINS, including amendments to these terms and conditions.
10. If any inconsistency or ambiguity arises between the English version and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
