Each member can redeem maximum 5 times of Coins Donation during the promotion period. The redemption is available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

H·COINS “Spread Kindness with Coins” Terms and Conditions
1. H·COINS “Spread Kindness with Coins 2022” promotional programme (herein referred to as “Programme”) runs from 25 November to 31 December, 2022, both days inclusive, or will conclude on the day when the electronic Coins Donation (herein referred to as “Coins Donation”) of the Programme are fully redeemed (whichever occurs first).
2. Each participant must register as an H·COINS member (herein referred to as “member”) to take part in the Programme.
3. The Coins Donation redemption procedure carried out by members is subject to the terms and conditions under “Rewards Redemption.” For details, please refer to the “Terms and Conditions” on the H·COINS website or mobile app.
4. A total of 10,000 Coins Donation are available, while stocks last. Each member can redeem maximum 5 times of Coins Donation during the promotional period.
5. H·COINS will donate all the amount of Coins value donated by participating members to the Hong Kong Red Cross in 10-12 weeks after the programme ended. Every 1,000 Coins is equivalent to HK$5.
6. The Reward Coins will be automatically credited to eligible member’s account within 4 weeks after the programme ended, the Coins expiry date will be on 28 February, 2023.
7. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the H·COINS scheme at any time without prior notice, including all content of the mobile App/website, Coins registration, Coins conversion, expiry dates of Coins, available rewards and offers, methods to redeem and collect rewards and offers, terms and conditions, as well as termination of H·COINS. It is the responsibility of members to remain informed about the structure and content of H·COINS, including any modifications of these terms and conditions. Registering Coins or redeeming rewards and offers will be deemed as acceptance of all relevant terms and conditions by members. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from any changes to the structure and/or content of H·COINS, including these terms and conditions.
8. If any inconsistency or ambiguity arises between the English version and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
