“Dine Fine, Shop Well” Redemption Program

During the redemption program period, members who spend HK$300 or above on a single purchase electronic receipt in any dining merchants in the seven participating malls under Henderson using electronic payment and upload the receipt through H．COINS APP, use the transaction record to register for COINS will be entitled to a e-stamp upon approval.

Within specified dates, add the e-stamp(s) to the e-stamp collection card after a successful registration of COINS. Members who collected two e-stamps will be entitled to a set of Henderson malls Shopping e-Coupons worth a total of HK$200 (consist of two HK$100 e-Coupons). The e-coupons will automatically be added to members’ “electronic wallet” in the H．COINS APP on a first come first served basis, while stocks last.

Redemption period for e-stamps : from 1st February to 31st March, 2021.
Redemption period for Henderson Malls Shopping e-Coupons : 1st February to 30th April, 2021.
Henderson Malls Shopping e-Coupons are valid from 1st April to 30th June, 2021.

“Dine Fine, Shop Well” Redemption Program (“the Program”) Terms & Conditions:
1.The following shopping malls (“Participating Malls”): (i) MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY , (ii) MOSTown, (iii) KOLOUR Tsuen Wan, (iv) KOLOUR Yuen Long, (v) Shatin Centre and Shatin Plaza, (vi) Trend Plaza and (vii) Square Mile will join this Program.

2.Only members of H．COINS (“Members”) are eligible to participate in and/or enjoy benefits under this Program.

3.Members who spend HK$300 or above (after deducting all discounts and the value of any cash coupons used) (“Spending Amount”) on a single purchase electronic receipt in any dining merchants (“Dining Merchants”) in the Participating Malls using electronic payment and having uploaded the receipt to H．COINS APP will be entitled to an electronic stamp (“the e-stamp”) under the Program upon approval.

4. Only electronic receipts (“Electronic Receipts”) dated from 1st February to 31st March, 2021 will be accepted for e-stamp redemption. Members who upload the electronic receipt through H．COINS APP and are approved on or before 30th April 2021 will be entitled to a e-stamp. Redemption period for Henderson Malls Shopping e-Coupons (as defined below) by way of the e-stamps shall commence from 1st February to 30th April, 2021 (“e-Coupon Redemption Period”).

5.Within the aforementioned dates, which successfully registered in COINS, add the e-Stamp(s) to the e-stamp collection card and Member may redeem one set of Henderson Malls Shopping e-Coupons which worth a total of HK$200 (consist of two HK$100 e-coupons) (“the Henderson Malls Shopping e-Coupons) with two e-stamps. Redemption for Henderson Malls Shopping e-Coupons is only allowed within the redemption period for e-Coupons on a first come first served basis and while stocks last (see paragraph 10).

6.Each Electronic Receipt of the Dining Merchant can only redeem one e-stamp at maximum. Purchases made on the same day in the same Dining Merchant which split into multiple Electronic Receipts would not be eligible / accepted for redeeming any e-stamp under the Program.

7.Each Member can only redeem one set of Henderson Malls Shopping e-Coupons per day during the e-Coupon Redemption Period; and each member can only redeem at maximum a total of three sets of Henderson Malls Shopping e-Coupons during the e-Coupon Redemption Period.

8.The Spending Amount should be the net amount paid by the Member in the relevant purchase and would not include any discounts and the value of any cash coupons or any reward or rebates used in the relevant purchase.

9.Upon successful registration of COINS, add the e-stamp(s) to the e-stamp collection card and no e-stamp(s) other than those which had been added on the e-stamp collection card would be considered as valid for redemption.

10.There are altogether 3,000 sets of Henderson Malls Shopping e-Coupons available for redemption under this Program, on a first come first served basis, while stocks last.

11.The Henderson Malls Shopping e-Coupons are valid from 1st April to 30th June, 2021.

12.For the list of merchants that accept Henderson Malls Shopping e-Coupons, please see the Merchants Accepting HLD Malls e-Coupon list in H · COINS APP.

13.All Henderson Malls Shopping e-Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts under any circumstances.

14.All e-stamps which had not been used for redemption of Henderson Malls Shopping e-Coupons would expire on 1st May, 2021 or when all Henderson Malls Shopping e-Coupons are redeemed (whichever is earlier).

15.Any e-stamps and/or entitlement to Henderson Malls Shopping e-Coupons and/or the Henderson Malls Shopping e-Coupons redeemed will be cancelled immediately if any misfeasance or fraud is found.

16.Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the Participating Malls have the absolute right and discretion to reject any Electronic Receipts, e-stamps and/or Henderson Malls Shopping e-Coupons redeemed which do not meet requirements and/or invalid. The determination of Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the Participating Malls shall be final.

17.For details of H ‧ COINS, please refer to the “Terms and Conditions” on the H·COINS website or mobile app.

18.Henderson Leasing Agency Limited reserves the right to change the structure and content of H ‧ COINS at any time, including all content of the mobile application/website, COINS registration, COINS conversion methods, COINS validity period, rewards or privileges available for redemption, redemption and use of reward or privileges, terms and conditions, other items and the right to terminate H ‧ COINS without prior notice to members. Members should pay attention to all the structure and content of H ‧ COINS, including changes to these terms and conditions. Registration for COINS, redemption for rewards or use of privileges means agreement with all relevant terms and conditions. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited takes no responsibility for any loss caused by the structure and content of H ‧ COINS, including changes or updates of these terms and conditions.

19.In case of any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of this terms and conditions, the English Version shall prevail
