Henderson Club X H·COINS Consumption Reward

Henderson Club members, who make same-day cumulative electronic purchases of HK$500 or more (max. 2 sets of receipts) at the same mall of H·COINS seven participating malls, and have successfully registered Coins, by presenting the Henderson Club membership card at the Customer Service Counter or Concierge of the mall where the spending was made, will get a chance to redeem an exclusive HK$30 HLD Malls shopping e-Coupon*.
Each eligible member shall be entitled to the reward for a maximum of 1 time per day during the promotional period. Rewards are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last. Terms and conditions apply.
Participating shopping malls: MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY (Metro City Plaza Phases 2 and 3), MOSTown, KOLOUR Tsuen Wan, KOLOUR Yuen Long, Shatin Centre & Shatin Plaza, Trend Plaza, and Square Mile

Note: HK$30 HLD Malls shopping e-Coupons are valid for 3 months from the redemption date.
Terms and Conditions：
1. Henderson Club X H·COINS Consumption Reward Programme (herein referred to as “the Programme”) is held at seven Henderson malls (herein referred to as “participating malls”), including (i) MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY (Metro City Plaza Phases 2 and 3), (ii) MOSTown, (iii) KOLOUR Tsuen Wan, (iv) KOLOUR Yuen Long, (v) Shatin Centre & Shatin Plaza, (vi) Trend Plaza, and (vii) Square Mile.
2. The Programme will be held from 25 May to 18 June 2023, both days inclusive, or will conclude on the day when all e-coupons of the Programme are redeemed, whichever is earlier.
3. Each participant must register as a Henderson club member and H·COINS member (herein referred to as “member”) to take part in the Programme.
4. To participate in the Programme, members are required to make purchases via any electronic payment methods at any of the participating malls’ merchants that provide electronic sales receipts. Members must register Coins successfully with the merchant’s machine-printed sales receipts and the corresponding electronic payment slips uploaded to the H·COINS app, or present at the participating mall concierges or customer service counters, or H·COINS x CU APP “Auto-earn Coins”, and visit the participating mall concierges or customer service counters together with the Henderson Club membership card (printed version or electronic membership card within the mobile application, including Henderson Club Black Card and Emerald Card, and “BOC Henderson Club Visa Card”) to redeem the reward.
5. During the promotional period, members with same-day cumulative spending of HK$500 or more (herein referred to as “designated spending amount”) at the same Participating mall, together with successful Coins registration, with maximum 2 sets of receipt, and visit the Customer Service Counter or Concierge of the mall where the spending was made, to redeem a HK$30 HLD Malls shopping e-coupon (herein referred to as “reward”).
6. A total of 550 sets of rewards will be given away during the promotional period, available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last. Each eligible member shall be entitled to the reward for a maximum of one time per day during the promotional period.
7. Members must fulfil same-day spending of the designated amount and present valid machine-printed original sales receipts together with corresponding original electronic payment receipts at the Customer Service Counter or Concierge of the participating mall where the spending was made on the same day of purchase(s) to redeem the reward. Re-printed or photocopied receipts will not be accepted. Each purchase of HK$100 or above and transactions made by the same member on the same day would be allowed.
8. Members must provide all valid machine-printed sales receipt(s) and the corresponding electronic payment slip(s) for redemption. The ambassadors at the Customer Service Counter or Concierge will place a stamp on the empty space of the original machine-printed sales receipt(s) and the corresponding electronic payment slip(s). All verified and registered data cannot be revised hereafter.
9. HK$30 HLD Malls shopping e-Coupons are valid for 3 months, starting from the day of redemption.
10. The machine-printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips for all purchases should be dated between 25 May and 18 June, 2023 (herein referred to as the “promotional period”).
11. Designated spending amounts refer to the net amount of money paid. Discounts, cash coupons, or the value of any privileges or rebates from purchases will not be counted for purposes of the designated spending amounts.
12. Please refer to the “Merchants Accepting Henderson Mall e-Coupon” from the H·COINS app for use of Henderson malls shopping and dining e-coupons.
13. All Henderson Mall shopping and dining e-coupons, under any circumstances, cannot be transferred, moved to other accounts, or exchanged for cash or other gifts. All unused e-coupons will be forfeited after the valid period of this promotion.
14. In case of fraud or abuse, the participating malls reserve the right to immediately cancel or recall all received and/or redeemed HLD Malls shopping e-coupons.
15. The Coins registration procedure carried out by members is subject to the terms and conditions under “Coins registration”. For details, please refer to the “Terms and Conditions” on the H·COINS website or mobile app.
16. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls have the absolute right and discretion to deny any disqualified and/or invalid sales receipts as well as redeemed HLD Malls shopping e-coupons. Furthermore, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls also reserve final approval with respect to all related sales receipts and redeemed e-coupons. Members may not appeal any decision in this regard.
17. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the H‧COINS promotion at any time without prior notice, including all content appearing on the mobile app/website, Coins registration, Coins conversion, expiry dates of Coins, available rewards and offers, methods for redeeming and collecting rewards, and any special offers, terms and conditions, and other items, as well as termination of H‧COINS. It is the responsibility of members to remain informed about the structure and content of H‧COINS, including any modifications of these terms and conditions. Registering Coins or redeeming rewards and offers will be deemed as acceptance of all relevant terms and conditions by members. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from any changes to the structure and/or content of H‧COINS, including amendments to these terms and conditions.
18. Henderson Club, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited, and the participating malls reserve the right to change the promotion details and terms without prior notice.
19. Henderson Club will not be responsible for any goods or services provided by Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and participating merchants in the shopping mall.
20. In case of any dispute, the decision of Henderson Club and Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating shopping malls will be final.
21. If any inconsistency or ambiguity arises between the English version and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
