#Tickets will be distributed as redemption letters on the day of the lucky draw. The winner must redeem one event ticket in person by presenting the original redemption letter at the specified date and venue in the shopping mall. Tickets are distributed randomly, and no selection is allowed.
*For every HK$800 spent in a single transaction, members can participate in the lucky draw once; for every HK$1,600 spent, members can participate twice, and so on, with a maximum of five chances per receipt.
– Each eligible receipt can only be used once for this promotion, and all receipts must be paid for by the same member. (One merchant machine-printed receipt along with a corresponding electronic payment slip constitutes a valid receipt).
– Each H·COINS member is eligible for up to five lucky draw chances per mall per day.

1. The promotion period is from 5 – 31 October 2024, both days inclusive.
2. Each participant must register as an H·COINS member (hereinafter referred to as “members”) in order to participate in the activity.
3. During the promotion period, the top 60 members who successfully refer the most friends and family to register as new H·COINS members will have the chance to receive one ticket to the “903 AllStar Basketball Jam” organized by 903 and co-organized by McDonald’s.
4. Referees must fill in the referrer’s valid H·COINS membership number in the section of “Referrer’s H·COINS Member ID” on member registration form, successfully log into their account and membership valid until 23 November 2024, to be considered a qualified new member.
5. The “903 AllStar Basketball Jam” ticket redemption code will be automatically credited to the eligible member’s H·COINS account between 6-8 November 2024. The winner is required to collect the event ticket in person at the designated mall within the designated period. All tickets will be arranged randomly, and are not interchangeable.
6. Only 60 tickets for the “903 AllStar Basketball Jam” organized by 903 and co-organized by McDonald’s will be issued during the promotion period. The actual number of referrals and new member registrations will be recorded by the H·COINS system, and tickets will be credited based on the system’s timestamp of referral and registration records. All rewards are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
7. All gifts cannot be transferred, moved to other accounts, or exchanged for cash or other gifts under any circumstances. Any unused gifts will be forfeited after the valid period.
8. In case of fraud or abuse, the participating malls reserve the right to immediately cancel or recall all received and/or redeemed gifts.
9. H Coins Intelligence Limited, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited, and the participating malls reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the program without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of H Coins Intelligence Limited will be final.

“Shop More, Win More” Lucky Draw terms and conditions
1. The promotion period is from 5-6 October and 11-13 October 2024, for a total of 5 days.
2. Each participant must register as an H·COINS member (hereinafter referred to as “members”) in order to participate in the event.
3. The announcement of the event’s completion will be published in The Standard and Sing Tao Daily on 22 October 2024.
4. To participate, members must make same-day single electronic purchases of HK$800 or more at any participating merchants (hereinafter referred to as “participating merchants”) that provide machine-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips at MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY, MOSTown, Shatin Centre．Shatin Plaza (hereinafter referred to as “participating malls”). Members must then personally visit the game booth in the participating mall on the same day of purchase (near the Club Counter on L1 at MCP CENTRAL, near the Club Counter on L3 at MOSTown, or near the Concierge on L3 at Shatin Plaza) and register their valid machine-printed receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip to participate in the “Shop More, Win More” lucky draw once for a chance to win tickets to the “903 AllStar Basketball Jam”. All receipts must be paid for by the same member. For every HK$800 spent in a single transaction, members are entitled to one lucky draw chance; for every HK$1,600 spent, members are entitled to two chances, and so on, with a maximum of five chances per receipt.
5. The lucky draw only accepts original same-day receipts, and late submissions are not valid. If a receipt is issued after 8 PM on 5, 6, 11, or 12 October, members can present their eligible receipts for registration the next day (receipts issued after 8 PM on October 6 must be presented on October 11) during the game booth’s operation hours (12 PM to 10 PM). However, for the last day of the promotion period, 13 October, all eligible receipts must be presented before 10:30 PM; late submissions are not accepted.
6. The total number of rewards for the “Shop More, Win More” Lucky Draw is 1,800, with 600 rewards allocated to each of MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY, MOSTown, Shatin Centre．Shatin Plaza.
7. Receipts issued by merchants from MCP ONE, MCP Fresh Market, or MOSTown Market are not eligible for this campaign.
8. All merchants’ machine-printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips must be machine-printed and clearly show that they are issued by merchants of the participating malls, bearing the merchant’s name, merchant number, merchant address, machine-printed invoice number, transaction date, and transaction amount. Receipts paid in cash, reprinted receipts, handwritten receipts, photocopies, or duplicate receipts will not be accepted. If any information on the machine-printed receipt is incomplete, inaccurate, unclear, damaged, or altered, the staff at the game booth reserve the right to reject such participation in the activity.
9. Receipts from multiple transactions at the same participating merchant on the same day that are split into multiple sales invoices will not be accepted for this activity.
10. Members must provide valid machine-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips before redemption. Once verified, staff will immediately stamp the blank space on the original receipts and payment slips. Once the data is verified and registered, no modifications can be made.
11. Each receipt can only be used once for participation in the activity. Registered receipts can be used to redeem H·COINS and enjoy parking privileges offered by the participating malls but cannot be used in conjunction with other mall offers or promotions.
12. The transaction date on the electronic payment receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips must be within the reward activity period, specifically 5-6 October and 11-13 October 2024 (“Reward Activity Period”).
13. Any person using fake or stolen machine-printed receipts to participate in the activity will have their participation rights immediately revoked by the participating mall’s staff and will not be eligible to redeem any rewards (including those already reserved or to be collected). No objections to this arrangement will be accepted. If any person has participated in the activity using fake or stolen receipts and has redeemed rewards, the participating malls reserve the right to reclaim all such rewards and seek compensation from that person for any losses incurred by Henderson Land malls as a result of such actions (including legal costs).
14. In the event that any reward is mistakenly issued to a member, the participating malls reserve the right to cancel or deduct such rewards without further notice.
15. All rewards, gifts, and merchant cash vouchers cannot be transferred, assigned, exchanged for cash, or substituted for other gifts under any circumstances.
16. Electronic payment methods include: credit cards, EPS, debit cards, WeChat Pay, QuickPass, UnionPay QuickPass, Octopus, Alipay, FPS, Visa payWave, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Tap & Go, TNG Wallet, BoC Pay, HSBC Reward+, OmyCard, TFPay, PAYME, HKTVpay, Atome, pace, and any other electronic payment methods recognized by Henderson Land participating malls (hereinafter referred to as “electronic payment”). Points registration is eligible with any of these payment methods.
17. The spending amount must be the actual amount paid by the member for the transaction. Any discounts, cash coupons, or any form of promotional offers or rebates used in the purchase will not be counted toward the designated spending amount. If the transaction is made via installment or partial payment/deposit, only the actual amount paid will be counted toward the total daily spending. All receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips must be verified by the staff to be valid.
18. The following types of machine-printed sales receipts and payment slips will not be accepted: purchase of the following pre-sale vouchers (including cash coupons, gift certificates, discount coupons, gift cards, shopping cards, membership cards, etc.), as well as receipts for the use or redemption of such pre-sale vouchers (including cash coupons, cake cards, dining coupons, gift certificates, food coupons, trade-in transactions, product redemption vouchers, gift cards, shopping cards, membership cards, etc.); payments or redemptions (if applicable) for membership fees, ticket services (such as concert tickets), airfare, bus or ferry tickets, travel packages, travel-related taxes and surcharges, hotel booking services (except receipts stamped with the “Hong Kong Travel Industry Council” stamp); bank transaction receipts; receipts from shops in wet markets; receipts for purchasing stamps, Post Office receipts, tuition fee receipts, receipts for investment gold products (e.g., gold grains, gold bars) or deposit for gold savings; receipts from medical centers, dental clinics, or traditional Chinese medicine clinics; receipts from travel agencies, fitness centers, or beauty centers for beauty treatments or services (excluding product purchases); insurance premium receipts; real estate agent receipts; exhibition and temporary booth receipts, short-term lease tenant receipts; monthly bill payment receipts; online shopping receipts; any value-added service receipts; any goods collection receipts; employment receipts; EPS withdrawal receipts; car care service receipts; receipts for cross-border bus services; receipts related to canceled or refunded transactions; or receipts for any non-retail related spending (e.g., maintenance fees, repair fees, delivery fees, dismantling fees, installation fees, etc.). Duplicate machine-printed receipts will also not be accepted. For clarity, the purchase of the following product vouchers (including cake cards, food coupons, product redemption vouchers, etc.) will be eligible for redemption, and members may use these electronic purchase receipts or machine-printed receipts to participate in the activity.
19. Only the actual amount paid will be counted towards the promotion. The amount after discounts, excluding tips, and after the deduction of any vouchers, cash coupons, gift certificates, redemption points, or any form of rewards or rebates, will be considered the final spending amount. For installment payments, only the first payment installment amount will be counted, not the total transaction amount, and the remaining balance cannot be used for further promotions. Deposit and balance payments will be calculated based on the respective machine-printed receipt from the merchant.
20. Members are required to inspect all gifts during redemption. Once the redemption process is completed, the gift cannot be exchanged or returned. All gifts provided are non-sale items and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. In the event of loss, no replacement gift will be issued.
21. The registration of H·COINS is subject to the terms and conditions of “H·COINS Registration”. For details, please refer to the H·COINS website or mobile app.
22. In the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
