Reward – Stamp Reward: Collect e-stamps to earn a HK$200 rebate
Each single purchase at HK$400** or more together with successful H Coins registration is entitled to earn 1 stamp, members who collect 6 stamps on in-app stamp card to earn a HK$200 HLD Properties shopping eCoupon pack* (including two HK$50 shopping eCoupons and two HK$50 dining eCoupons).
**Consumption shall be counted from the approval date of the Coins registration is completed.
*eCoupon will be auto-credited to eligible members’ “My Wallet” function on the H·COINS app and valid for 1 month from the redemption date. Each eligible member shall be entitled to the Stamp Reward for a maximum of 1 time during the promotional period.
All the rewards are limited offers, available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last, and are subject to applicable terms and conditions.
H·COINS “Double Earn Rewards”
Terms and Conditions:
1. H·COINS “Double Earn Rewards” (herein referred to as ”Programme”) is held at ten Henderson malls (herein referred to as “participating malls”), including (i) MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY (Metro City Plaza Phase 2 and Phase 3), (ii) MOSTown, (iii) KOLOUR Tsuen Wan, (iv) KOLOUR Yuen Long, (v) Shatin Centre & Shatin Plaza, (vi) Trend Plaza, (vii) Square Mile, (viii) H Queen’s, (ix) H Code, and (x) H Zentre.
2. The Programme will be held from January 1 to January 31, 2025, both days inclusive, or will conclude on the day when all e-coupons of the Programme are redeemed, whichever is earlier.
3. Each participant must register as an H·COINS members (herein referred to as “members”) to take part in the Programme.
4. To participate in the Programme, members are required to make purchases via any electronic payment methods at any participating malls’ merchants that provide electronic sales receipts. Members must register H Coins successfully with the merchant’s machine-printed sales receipts and the corresponding electronic payment slips uploaded to the H·COINS app, or presented at any participating mall concierges or customer service counters, or through “Linked H·COINS membership with Partner Programme loyalty account” for H Coins registration.
5. Machine-printed sales receipts from the following merchants or service providers are not eligible for Points registration: purchase of pre-sales vouchers (including cash coupons, gift certificates, gift cards, shopping cards and membership cards, etc.), use or redeem of pre-sale vouchers (including cash coupons, cake cards, dining coupons, gift certificates, food coupons, any kinds of trade-in transactions or product redemptions, gift cards, shopping cards and membership cards, etc.), purchase or redeem (if applicable) of membership fee, purchase of tickets (such as concert tickets), air tickets, bus tickets, ship tickets, travel related tickets, travel related tax and service charges, hotel booking services (except receipts stamped with “Hong Kong Travel Association” authorised stamp), banking slips, all receipts issued by the shops in the wet market, purchase of stamps, Post Office receipts, tuition fee receipts, receipts issued in respect of investment gold products (such as gold grains, bars, etc.) or deposits for gold saving club, receipts issued by medical and dental/clinic services, travel agencies and fitness centers, receipts for beauty treatments/ services issued by beauty centers (excluding purchases of any products), insurance premiums receipts, receipts issued by property agencies receipts, exhibition and temporary exhibition booths, pop-up stores and/or short-lease tenants; all monthly fees payment receipts, online shopping receipts, any value-added services receipts, any goods collection receipts, any domestic helper payment receipts, receipts of EPS money withdrawal, car care services receipts, cross-border buses receipts, receipts in relation to cancellation or refund of transaction, and receipts issued in respect of any other non-retail related spending (for instance: care and maintenance services, repair service fee, goods delivery fee, dismantle service fee, installation service fee, etc.), receipts issued by Art Gallery tenants in H Queen’s / H Code / H Zentre, receipts issued by LA PRAIRIE, Audemars Piguet – AP House in H Queen’s, and duplicate copies of machine-printed sales receipts. For the avoidance of doubt, the purchase of product vouchers (including cake cards, food coupons, any kinds of trade-in transactions or product redemptions, etc.) are eligible for H Coins Registration.
6. Stamp Reward: Each member making each single purchase at HK$400 or more (herein referred to as “designated spending amount”) together with successful H Coins registration is entitled to earn an e-stamp. After earning six stamps, members can redeem a HK$200 HLD Properties eCoupon pack (herein referred to as “rebate”). Members can simply open the e-stamp collection card on the H·COINS app to redeem the reward.
7. A total of 5,000 sets of “Stamp Reward” rewards will be given away during the promotional period, available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
8. All successfully registered electronic sales receipts can be redeemed for “Stamp Reward” e-stamp one time only. If the spending amount of a registered electronic sales receipt exceeds the designated spending amount, the balance cannot be carried forward and applied to the designated spending amount for the redemption of a subsequent e-stamp.
9. During the promotional period, each member may redeem “Stamp Reward” e-coupon one time only. eCoupon will be auto-credited to eligible members’ “My Wallet” on the H·COINS app and valid for 1 month from the redemption date.
10. The designated spending amount will apply starting from the members’ registration process completion date as noted in the above point 4, concerning electronic sales receipts and successful H Coins registration.
11. The machine-printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips for all purchases should be dated between January 1 to January 31, 2025 (herein referred to as “promotional period”).
12. Designated spending amounts refer to the net amount of money paid. Discounts, cash coupons, or the value of any privileges or rebates from purchases will not be counted for purposes of the designated spending amounts.
13. Please refer to the “Merchants Accepting HLD Malls e-Coupon” from the H·COINS app for use of Henderson Properties shopping and dining eCoupons.
14. All HLD Properties shopping and dining eCoupons, under any circumstances, cannot be transferred, moved to other accounts, or exchanged for cash or other gifts. All unused eCoupons will be forfeited after the valid period of this promotion.
15. In case of fraud or abuse, the participating malls reserve the right to immediately cancel or recall all received and/or redeemed HLD Properties shopping and/or dining eCoupons.
16. The H Coins registration procedure carried out by members is subject to the terms and conditions under “H Coins registration”. For details, please refer to the “Terms and Conditions” on the H·COINS website or mobile app.
17. H Coins Intelligence Limited, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating properties have the absolute right and discretion to deny any disqualified and/or invalid sales receipts as well as redeemed HLD Properties shopping and dining eCoupons. Furthermore, H Coins Intelligence Limited, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls also reserve final approval with respect to all related sales receipts and redeemed eCoupons. Members may not appeal any decision in this regard.
18. H Coins Intelligence Limited, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the H‧COINS promotion at any time without prior notice, including all content appearing on the mobile app/website, H Coins registration, H Coins conversion, expiry dates of H Coins, available rewards and offers, methods for redeeming and collecting rewards, and any special offers, terms and conditions, and other items, as well as termination of H‧COINS. It is the responsibility of members to remain informed about the structure and content of H‧COINS, including any modifications of these terms and conditions. Registering H Coins or redeeming rewards and offers will be deemed as acceptance of all relevant terms and conditions by members. H Coins Intelligence Limited, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from any changes to the structure and/or content of H‧COINS, including amendments to these terms and conditions.
19. If any inconsistency or ambiguity arises between the English version and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
