Terms and Conditions:
1. Promotion period from July 1-31, 2025, while stocks last.
2. Each member can redeem maximum 3 times during the promotion period.
3. All e-Coupons can only be used for purchase(s) at the dining e-Coupon participating merchants of designated earning hotspots. List of “Merchants Accepting e-Coupons
4. Each e-Coupon can only be used once. A maximum of two e-Coupons could be used for each transaction.
5. If the spending amount exceeds the face value of the e-Coupon(s) used in the transaction, the remaining balance must be settled by electronic payment methods (i.e. credit cards, EPS, debit cards, WeChat Pay, Quick Pass, UnionPay Quick Pass, Octopus, Alipay, FPS, Visa payWave, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Tap & Go, TNG Wallet, BoC Pay, HSBC Reward+, OmyCard, TFPay, PAYME, HKTVpay, Atome, pace. and any kind of electronic payment that is accepted by designated earning hotspots from time to time).
6. If the purchase amount is less than the value of the e-Coupon, the balance amount will not be re-issued.
7. Each e-Coupon is valid for 1 months from the date of redemption. Expired e-coupon will be invalid and automatically removed from the system.
8. All purchase by e-Coupon(s) will be treated the same way as any purchase made by cash thus, the relevant members are entitled to and will receive the same discount, privilege, free gifts and exchange services as any purchase made by cash.
9. All e-Coupons cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash under any circumstances once they are used.
10. The e-Coupon participating merchants will be fully responsible for the product(s) or service(s) provided by them.
11. The value of the redeemed e-Coupon can only use to pay for designated products or services and could not be used to redeem gifts or parking promotions. The e-Coupon scope of use is subject to the terms and conditions of H·COINS and e-Coupon participating merchants.
12. The decision of H Coins Intelligence Limited and e-Coupon participating merchants shall be final in case of any dispute.
13. H Coins Intelligence Limited, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and e-Coupon participating merchants reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the H‧COINS promotion at any time without prior notice, including all content appearing on the mobile app/website, H Coins registration, H Coins conversion, expiry dates of H Coins, available rewards and offers, methods for redeeming and collecting rewards, and any special offers, terms and conditions, and other items, as well as termination of H‧COINS. It is the responsibility of members to remain informed about the structure and content of H‧COINS, including any modifications of these terms and conditions. Registering H Coins or redeeming rewards and offers will be deemed as acceptance of all relevant terms and conditions by members. H Coins Intelligence Limited, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from any changes to the structure and/or content of H‧COINS, including amendments to these terms and conditions.
14. If any inconsistency or ambiguity arises between the English version and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
