Welcome Offer Terms and Conditions:
1. Promotion period from June 30 to July 31, 2025, while stock lasts (quota: each 2,000).
2. The H·COINS Welcome Offer includes 6,000 H·COINS bonus points “H Coins”, to be entitled this Welcome Offer, existing “Towngas Fun” member must register as new H·COINS member within promotion period, by entering the referrer’s code “H1000002” upon registration.
3. The “Towngas Fun” Welcome Offer includes 6,000 H Coins, , “Towngas Fun” 800 Points and “Towngas Fun” HK$60 eCoupon (“Discount Code”), to be entitled this Welcome Offer, existing H·COINS member must register as new “Towngas Fun” member within promotion period, by entering the promotion code “HCOINS25” upon registration. “Towngas Fun” 800 Points will be automatically credited to eligible member’s account immediately after registration.
4. H Coins will be automatically credited to eligible member’s account within 4 to 6 weeks after the campaign ended.
5. The same mobile phone number must be used for register for both H·COINS & “Towngas Fun” accounts.
6. Each eligible member shall be entitled to the Welcome Offer for a maximum of 1 time during the promotional period.
7. Quota will be allocated based on the submission time of successful registration by the system, “Towngas Fun” and H Coins Intelligence Limited bears no responsibilities on any situation where there is delay, loss, error in the information submitted or unrecognized due to technical issues of the computer or network.
8. Member shall ensure that all information provided is correct. In the event of any error, omission or unrecognizable information, the submitted form will be deemed invalid, and the member will forfeit entitlement to any of the Welcome Offers.
9. Members acknowledge H Coins will be credited to their respective H·COINS account by H Coins Intelligence Limited. “Towngas Fun” makes no warranty that H Coins will be accurately credited to H·COINS account by H·COINS and accepts no liability for failure or delay in the crediting of H Coins to the Members’ respective H·COINS accounts for any reason beyond Towngas Enterprise Limited’s control.
10. H Coins, rewards and services are provided by H·COINS and H·COINS will be solely responsible for the same. For the avoidance of doubt, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited, HLD Malls and H Coins Intelligence Limited will not be responsible for any issues, disputes, loss and/or damages in connection with / ancillary to “Towngas Fun”, including but not limited to the “Towngas Fun” Membership, the rewards and services provided by “Towngas Fun” and/or the redemption of “Towngas Fun” Points. Members with dual membership shall refer to the terms and conditions published / issued by “Towngas Fun” for details.
11. The registration and use of H Coins are subject to the provisions as set out in the section “H Coins Registration” of related Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between the aforesaid and the provisions under that section, the provisions under that section shall prevail.
12. Towngas Enterprise Limited and H Coins Intelligence Limited reserves the rights to turn down or edit the offer content without further notice.
13. In case of any dispute, the decision of Towngas Enterprise Limited and H Coins Intelligence Limited shall be final, binding and exclusive.
14. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of those Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Welcome Offer Extra Reward Terms and Conditions:
1. “Towngas Fun” Welcome Offer Extra Reward is only applicable to existing H‧COINS members who newly register as “Towngas Fun” members from 30 June to 31 July 2025, and top 3 members with the highest spending at “Towngas Fun” platform from 30 June to 31 October 2025.
2. H‧COINS Welcome Offer Extra Reward is only applicable to existing “Towngas Fun” members who newly register as H‧COINS members from 30 June to 31 July 2025, and top 3 members with the highest spending at 14 H‧COINS earning hotspots with successful H Coins registration from 30 June to 31 October 2025.
3. Welcome Offer Extra Reward would be 1 piece of TGC x ANGEL RO Water Purifier (Quota: each 3 pieces).
4. Redemption letter will be sent to eligible “Towngas Fun” or H‧COINS members via email or SMS within 4-6 weeks after the promotion period. Members can arrange to redeem the Welcome Offer Extra Reward according to the instructions in the redemption letter.

1. “Towngas Fun” HK$60 Discount Code “W22TGF” can be used on first purchase upon spending HKD200 or above.
2. Discount Code is eligible to be used on “Towngas Fun” website at www.towngasfun.com or “Towngas Fun” App and is required to be entered in “Shopping Cart” upon check-out (“Delivery Fee”, “Towngas Cooking Centre”, “Dining Coupon” and “Coupon Offers” products are excluded).
3. Each eligible member can enjoy welcome offer once.
4. Delivery fee(s) will be charged when the spending does not meet the designated spending requirement for free shipping required by each merchant after applying the Discount Code.
5. Discount Code is neither transferrable nor redeemable for cash or any other products and cannot be used simultaneously with other promotional offers or Discount Codes, only one Discount Code can be used per order.
6. Discount Code cannot be reused should there is refund under any circumstances.
