Redemption method:
Members can redeem gift prizes with designated COINS via the H·COINS mobile app and collect them at selected mall concierge or customer service counters.

Registration method:
Customers can register as members free of charge. After a successful registration, just spend HK$100 or more via electronic payment at any H·COINS participating malls and then register the COINS via the “Self-Register COINS” function of the H·COINS mobile app, or visit a mall concierge or customer service counter at the mall where they spent. The extra COINS will be added to the qualified member accounts automatically.

H·COINS “Spring Blessing” New Year Offers for Members
Terms and Conditions
1. H·COINS “Spring Blessing” New Year Offers for members (herein referred to as “Programme”) is held at seven participating shopping malls of Henderson Leasing Agency Limited, including (i) MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY (Metro City Plaza Phase 2 and Phase 3), (ii) MOSTown, (iii) KOLOUR Tsuen Wan, (iv) KOLOUR Yuen Long, (v) Shatin Centre & Shatin Plaza, (vi) Trend Plaza, and (vii) Square Mile.
2. Customers must register as H·COINS members (herein referred to as “members”) to participate in the Programme.
3. Prize redemption details: the promotional period lasts from January 7 to February 3, 2022, with both days inclusive. It will end on the day when all Programme prizes are redeemed (whichever is earlier).
4. Members may redeem a “New Year Ema Wishing Plaque Box” or a set of “Spring Blessing Lai See Packets” with designated COINS via the H·COINS mobile app, and collect prizes at selected mall concierge or customer service counters.
5. Members should first check their redemption vouchers from the ‘My Wallet’ function on the H·COINS mobile app, and then visit the selected mall concierge or customer service counter to collect prizes after presenting the QR codes of the corresponding prize redemption vouchers within 7 days, starting from the first day following successful registration.
6. No prize exchanges, transfers or cash change is provided under any circumstances. All prizes not redeemed after February 3, 2022 will be automatically forfeited.
7. “Bountiful Lai See Awards for H·COINS New Members” details: Promotion period lasts from January 7 to February 15, 2022, with both days inclusive.
8. “Bountiful Lai See Awards for H·COINS New Members” is applicable for those customers who register successfully as members for the first time.
9. During the promotional period, customers who register successfully as new members with an electronic payment of HK$100 or more will be given a 3,888 COINS Lai See (according to the invoice date of the merchant’s machine-printed sales receipt). Every new member will be awarded with 3,888 COINS only once during the promotional period. Once the COINS registration is approved, the 3,888 COINS will be automatically added to members’ accounts in the mobile App at 10pm on the same day. An in-App notification will be sent to members by the system.
10. In case of fraud or abuse, the participating malls reserve the right to cancel or recall all registered and/or redeemed prizes and/or COINS immediately.
11. COINS registration by members is subject to the terms and conditions under ‘COINS registration.’ For COINS redemption details, please refer to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ on the H·COINS website or mobile app.
12. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and participating shopping malls have the absolute right and discretion to deny any disqualified and/or invalid sales receipts or prize redemptions. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating shopping malls also reserve final approval rights on all related sales receipts, prize redemptions and COINS. Members may not appeal any decision.
13. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the H‧COINS scheme at any time without prior notice, including all content of the mobile App/website, COINS registration, COINS conversion, expiry dates of COINS, available rewards and offers, methods to redeem and collect rewards and offers, terms and conditions, as well as termination of H‧ It is the responsibility of members to remain informed about the structure and content of H‧COINS, including any modifications of these terms and conditions. Registering COINS or redeeming rewards and offers will be deemed as acceptance of all relevant terms and conditions by members. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from any changes to the structure and/or content of H‧COINS, including these terms and conditions.
14. If any inconsistency or ambiguity arises between the English version and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
