H·COINS X 7 local illustrators “Shop & Dine Fun Rewards Program”

H·COINS members who spend every designated amount on a single purchase in seven participating malls using electronic payment and earn COINS by uploading the machine-printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips through H．COINS App or at the Club Counter or concierge of the shopping mall where the purchase is made will be entitled to one e-stamp of that shopping mall. Members who collect three e-stamps of the same shopping mall will be entitled to redeem one of the exclusive premiums designed by 7 popular local illustrators for free.

E-stamp redemption period: 24 September 2021 – 31 October 2021*
Premium redemption period: 24 September 2021 – 30 November 2021*
Participating Malls: MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY, MOSTown, KOLOUR･Tsuen Wan, KOLOUR･Yuen Long, Shatin Centre･Shatin Plaza, Trend Plaza and Square Mile.

*Each set of valid machine-printed sales receipt together with corresponding electronic payment slip can only be redeemed for a maximum of two e-stamps.

Terms and Conditions of H·COINS X 7 local illustrators “Shop & Dine Fun Rewards Program”

1. H·COINS X 7 local Illustrators “Shop & Dine Fun Rewards Program” Promotion (“promotion”) are held in the seven participating shopping malls (“participating shopping malls”) under Henderson Leasing Agency Limited, including (i) MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY, (ii) MOSTown, (iii) KOLOUR･Tsuen Wan, (iv)KOLOUR･Yuen Long, (v)Shatin Centre･Shatin Plaza, (vi)Trend Plaza and (vii)Square Mile.
   2. All participants must register as a H·COINS member (“member”) to be eligible for this promotion.
2. Members who spend a designated amount (“designated amount”) on a single purchase in the seven participating malls using electronic payment and register COINS by uploading the corresponding machine-printed sales receipts and electronic payment slips through H·COINS App or at the Club Counter or concierge of the shopping mall where the purchase is made will be entitled to one e-stamp (“e-stamp”) of that shopping mall. Once three e-stamps of the same shopping mall are collected, a premium redemption voucher will be automatically added to “My Wallet” at the H·COINS App. Members can go to the Club Counter or concierge of the shopping mall with the premium redemption voucher to redeem one premium designed by a local illustrator which is designated to the shopping mall.
3. The premium redemption voucher successfully added to the members’ account can be viewed at “My Wallet” at H·COINS App. Once premium redemption voucher is received, members are required to go to the Club Counter or concierge of the specific participating mall to use the redemption voucher within 7 days. To redeem the premium, please open H·COINS App and present the QR Code of the premium redemption voucher.
4. The transaction dates on the machine-printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips must be within 24 September 2021 – 31 October 2021. The Premium redemption period of the seven participating malls (“Premium redemption period”) is 24 September 2021 – 30 November 2021.
5. Within the e-stamp redemption period, members will only need to collect three e-stamps on the stamp cards of the participating malls to get the designated premiums of the specific participating malls. First come first served, while stocks last.
6. Each set of valid machine-printed sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip can only be redeemed for a maximum of two e-stamps. Purchases made on the same day at the same tenant split into multiple receipts will not be accepted.
7. Within the premium redemption period, each member can only redeem for the designated premium of each participating mall at most twice.
8. Only the actual transaction amount will be counted for redemption. Any discounts and the value of any cash coupons or rewards or rebate used in the purchase will not be counted as the designated amount of spending.
9. Registering COINS is subject to the terms and conditions of “COIN REGISTRATION”. Please refer to the terms and conditions at H·COINS website or H·COINS App.
10. 11. All e-stamps cannot be given, transferred, or exchanged for cash or other premiums under any circumstances. All e-stamps that have not been redeemed within the premium redemption period will be automatically voided after 30 November 2021 and/or on the day of all exclusive premiums are distributed, whichever occurs earlier.
11. 12. E-stamps and premiums obtained will be immediately cancelled if any misfeasance or fraud is found.
12. 13. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited reserves absolute right and discretion to reject disqualified and/or invalid sales receipts and e-stamps redeemed. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited reserves the right to make a final decision on the redemption process of sales receipts, e-stamps redeemed and premiums. Members shall not object to this arrangement.
13. 14. For more information on the redemption of HCOINS, please refer to the terms and conditions on H·COINS website or H·COINS App.
14. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited reserves the right to modify the structure and content of H·COINS at any time without prior notice, including all content of the mobile App / website, COINS registration, COINS conversion, expiry dates of COINS, available rewards and offers, methods to redeem and collect rewards and offers, terms and conditions, other items, and termination of H·COINS. It is the responsibility of members to keep themselves up to date in respect to the structure and content of H·COINS, including any modifications of these terms and conditions. Registering for Points and redeeming rewards and offers will be deemed as acceptance of all relevant terms and conditions by the members. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and seven participating malls will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from changes to the structure and content of H·COINS, including these terms and conditions.
