Terms and Condition of MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOEVRY “Double Summer Shopping Rewards”
1. Customers must register as H·COINS members (herein referred to as “members”) to participate in the Programme.
2. H·COINS members who spend every HK$250 with electronic payment in one single transaction in MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY and earn COINS by registering machine-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips via H·COINS app or the Club Counter will be entitled to redeem one e-stamp. After collecting 3 e-stamps, the premium redemption voucher successfully added to the members’ account can be viewed at “My Wallet” at H·COINS App. Once premium redemption voucher is received, the first 4,900 members who go to L1 Club Counter at MCP CENTRAL for redemption can redeem a HK$100 MCL Metro City Cinema Ticket Voucher while a HK$100 UNY(TKO) Gift Certificate can be redeemed for the subsequent 500 members.
3. HK$100 MCL Metro City Cinema Ticket Voucher are valid until 31 May 2023; HK$100 UNY(TKO) Gift Certificate are valid until 31 December, 2023. The use of the Voucher / Gift Certificate is subject to the relevant terms and conditions. For details, please refer to the terms and conditions on the Voucher / Gift Certificate.
4. The premium redemption voucher successfully added to the members’ account can be viewed at “My Wallet” at H·COINS App. Once premium redemption voucher is received, members are required to go to L1 Club Counter, MCP CENTRAL to use the redemption voucher within 7 days to redeem the premium, please open H·COINS App and present the QR Code of the premium redemption voucher.
5. H·COINS members who spend every HK$250 with electronic payment in one single transaction in MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY and present valid machine-printed original sales receipts together with corresponding original electronic payment receipts at L1 Club Counter for COIN REGISTRATION . The receipt must clearly state the name and address of the shop in MCP, along with the transaction date, amount and receipt number. Payments by cash; payments with re-printed, handwritten, or photocopied machine-printed sales receipts, hand-written sales receipts, duplicates, photocopies of sales receipts and payment slips will not be accepted for COINS registration. The ambassadors at Club counter have the right to refuse any gift redemption in respect of sales receipts with missing, false, unclear, damaged, or altered information.
6. Electronic payment methods include: credit card, EPS, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, Octopus Card, Alipay, Visa payWave, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Tap & Go, TNG Wallet, BoC Pay, HSBC Reward+, OmyCard, TFPay, PAYME, HKTVpay, Atome and any other electronic payment platform currently accepted at HLD malls.
7. The transaction dates on the machine-printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips must be within 11 June 2022 – 29 July 2022. The Premium redemption period is 11 June 2022 – 31 August 2022.
8. Each set of valid machine-printed sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip can only be redeemed for a maximum of two e-stamps. Purchases made on the same day at the same tenant split into multiple receipts will not be accepted.
9. Within the e-stamp redemption period, members will only need to collect three e-stamps on the stamp cards of MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY. After collecting 3 e-stamps, the first 4,900 members who go to L1 Club Counter at MCP CENTRAL for redemption can redeem a HK$100 MCL Metro City Cinema Ticket Voucher* while a HK$100 UNY(TKO) Gift Certificate can be redeemed for the subsequent 500 members. All vouchers/ Gift certificate are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

11. Registering COINS is subject to the terms and conditions of “COIN REGISTRATION”. Please refer to the terms and conditions at HCOINS website or H·COINS App.
12. All e-stamps cannot be given, transferred, or exchanged for cash or other premiums under any circumstances. All e-stamps that have not been redeemed within the premium redemption period will be automatically voided after 31 August 2022 and/or on the day of all exclusive premiums are distributed, whichever occurs earlier.
13. E-stamps and premiums obtained will be immediately cancelled if any misfeasance or fraud is found.
14. Designated spending amounts refer to the net amount of money paid. Discounts, cash coupons, or the value of any privileges or rebates from purchases will not be counted for purposes of the designated spending amounts. For receipts from installments or partial payments/deposits, only the actual amounts paid on the day of purchase will be counted toward the total spending amount. All sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment receipts must be verified by our frontline staff.
15. Machine-printed sales receipts from the following merchants or service providers are not eligible for Points registration: use or redeem of gift vouchers (including cash coupons, cake cards, dining coupons, gift certificates, food coupons, any kinds of trade-in transactions or product redemptions, gift cards, shopping cards and membership cards, etc.), purchase of membership fee, purchase of tickets (such as concert tickets), air tickets, bus tickets, ship tickets, travel related tickets, travel related tax and service charges, hotel booking services (except receipts stamped with “Hong Kong Travel Association” authorised stamp), banking slips, all receipts issued by the shops in the wet market, purchase of stamps, Post Office receipts, tuition fee receipts, receipts issued in respect of 999.9 pure gold or deposits for gold saving club (except gold jewellery), insurance premiums receipts, receipts issued by property agencies receipts, exhibition and temporary exhibition booths, pop-up stores and/or short-lease tenants; all monthly fees payment receipts, online shopping receipts, any value-added services receipts, any goods collection receipts, any domestic helper payment receipts, receipts of EPS money withdrawal, car care services receipts, cross-border buses receipts, receipts in relation to cancellation or refund of transaction, and receipts issued in respect of any other non-retail related spending (for instance: care and maintenance services, repair service fee, goods delivery fee, dismantle service fee, installation service fee, etc.) and duplicate copies of machine-printed sales receipts. For the avoidance of doubt, the purchase of gift vouchers (including cash coupons, cake cards, dining coupons, gift certificates, food coupons, any kinds of trade-in transactions or product redemptions, gift cards, shopping cards and membership cards, etc.) are eligible for redemption.
16. Only the actual transaction amount will be counted for redemption. Any discounts and the value of any cash coupons or rewards or rebate used in the purchase will not be counted as the designated amount of spending.
17. Customers should inspect all Gift Certificate / Voucher before the redemption procedure has been completed. Redemptions may not be returned, exchanged, changed, or reimbursed for cash. Any lost Gift Certificate / Voucher will not be re-issued.
18. All Gift Certificate / Voucher are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last, and the promotion will be terminated immediately after all gifts being redeemed without prior notice.
19. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY reserve absolute right and discretion to reject disqualified and/or invalid sales receipts and e-stamps redeemed. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY reserve the right to make a final decision on the redemption process of sales receipts, e-stamps redeemed and premiums. Members shall not object to this arrangement.
20. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited reserves the right to modify the structure and content of H·COINS at any time without prior notice, including all content of the mobile App / website, COINS registration, COINS conversion, expiry dates of COINS, available rewards and offers, methods to redeem and collect rewards and offers, terms and conditions, other items, and termination of H·COINS. It is the responsibility of members to keep themselves up to date in respect to the structure and content of H·COINS, including any modifications of these terms and conditions. Registering for Points and redeeming rewards and offers will be deemed as acceptance of all relevant terms and conditions by the members. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from changes to the structure and content of H·COINS, including these terms and conditions.
21. Customers must agree to all the redemption rules and regulations or else forfeit their right to redeem benefits.
22. MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY is not the gift and service supplier, and therefore will not be held accountable for any losses or problems resulting from the use of any gifts or services, or for any disputes with relevant suppliers. The details of this promotion may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.
23. The advertising or public relation agencies of MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY as well as the employees and family members of all MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY merchants are not permitted to participate in this promotion.
24. MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions herein. In the event of any disputes, the decision of MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY will be final. The above programs are subject to change and may be cancelled without prior notice.
