H·COINS Consumption Voucher Triple Rewards

During the promotion period, H·COINS members who make a designated same-day same-mall spending amount via electronic payment at 7 Henderson Malls will get a chance to earn up to HK$1,950 rebate in a single-day, redeemable at the Customer Service Counter or Concierge of the mall where the spending was made.

Level Up the Consumption Voucher: Single-day Earn up to HK$1,950 Rebate

H·COINS members, who are entitled to redeem the following e-coupons by same-day cumulative spending of designated amounts at the same Participating Mall together with successful Coins registration, visit the Customer Service Counter or Concierge of the mall where the spending was made:

Same-day cumulative spending of HK$2,500 or more (max. 4 sets of receipts) will earn HK$200 HLD Malls e-coupon pack (including two HK$50 shopping e-coupons and two HK$50 dining e-coupons).

Reward 2 < These rewards are OUT-OF-STOCK>
Same-day cumulative spending of HK$6,000 or more (max. 8 sets of receipts) will earn HK$650 HLD Malls e-coupon pack (including three HK$100 shopping e-coupons, three HK$50 shopping e-coupons and four HK$50 dining e-coupons).

Same-day cumulative spending of HK$9,000 or more (max. 8 sets of receipts) will earn HK$1,100 HLD Malls e-coupon pack (including six HK$100 shopping e-coupons, four HK$50 shopping e-coupons and six HK$50 dining e-coupons).

Note: The HLD e-Coupons are valid for three months from the redemption date.

– Member must visit the Customer Service Counter or Concierge of the mall where the spending was made on the same day of purchase(s) to redeem the rewards. Each purchase of HK$100 or above and transactions made by the same member on the same day would be allowed.
– Each eligible member shall be entitled to the Rewards for a maximum of 1 time each per day during the promotional period. Any remaining amount from an accumulative spending that has already been registered to redeem the reward cannot be counted for next accumulative spending. Members can redeem Reward 1 and/ Reward 2 and/ Reward 3 simultaneously with each qualifying accumulated spending, without any specific order.
– According to the latest terms and conditions of H·COINS, the machine-printed sales receipts from the merchants or service providers are not eligible for Coins registration: purchase of pre-sales or stored value vouchers (including cash coupons, gift certificates, gift cards, shopping cards and membership cards, etc.). The Coins registration procedure carried out by members is subject to the terms and conditions under “Coins registration”.

All the rewards are limited offers, available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last, and are subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions
1. H·COINS “Consumption Voucher Triple Rewards” (herein referred to as ”Programme”) is held at seven Henderson malls (herein referred to as “participating malls”), including (i) MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY (Metro City Plaza Phase 2 and Phase 3), (ii) MOSTown, (iii) KOLOUR Tsuen Wan, (iv) KOLOUR Yuen Long, (v) Shatin Centre & Shatin Plaza, (vi) Trend Plaza, and (vii) Square Mile.
2. The Programme will be held from July 16 to August 31, 2023, both days inclusive, or will conclude on the day when all e-coupons of the Programme are redeemed, whichever is earlier.
3. Each participant must register as an H·COINS members (herein referred to as “members”) to take part in the Programme.
4. To participate in the Programme, members are required to make purchases via any electronic payment methods at any participating malls’ merchants that provide electronic sales receipts. Members must register Coins successfully with the merchant’s machine-printed sales receipts and the corresponding electronic payment slips uploaded to the H·COINS app, or presented at any participating mall concierges or customer service counters, or H·COINS x CU APP “Auto-earn Coins”.
5. During the promotional period, members are entitled to redeem the following e-Coupons (herein referred to as “rebate”) by cumulative spending of designated amounts at the same Participating Mall on the same day, together with successful Coins registration, and visit the Customer Service Counter or Concierge of the mall where the spending was made:
– Reward 1: Same-day cumulative spending of HK$2,500 or more (herein referred to as “designated spending amount”), with maximum 4 sets of receipts, to earn HK$200 HLD Malls e-coupon pack, which includes two HK$50 shopping e-coupons and two HK$50 dining e-coupons (herein referred to as “rebate”).
– Reward 2: Same-day cumulative spending of HK$6,000 or more (herein referred to as “designated spending amount”), with maximum 8 sets of receipts, to earn HK$650 HLD Malls e-coupon pack, which includes three HK$100 shopping e-coupons, three HK$50 shopping e-coupons and four HK$50 dining e-coupons (herein referred to as “rebate”).
– Reward 3: Same-day cumulative spending of HK$9,000 or more (herein referred to as “designated spending amount”), with maximum 8 sets of receipts), to earn HK$1,100 HLD Malls e-coupon pack, which includes six HK$100 shopping e-coupons, four HK$50 shopping e-coupons and six HK$50 dining e-coupons (herein referred to as “rebate”).
6. A total of 400 sets of “Reward 1” rewards, 400 sets of “Reward 2” rewards and 300 sets of “Reward 3” rewards will be given away during the promotional period, available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
7. Members upon same-day spending upon designated amount and present valid machine-printed original sales receipts together with corresponding original electronic payment receipts at the Customer Service Counter or Concierge of the mall where the spending was made on the same day of purchase(s) to redeem the rewards. Re-printed or photocopied receipts will not be accepted. Each purchase of HK$100 or above and transactions made by the same member on the same day would be allowed.
8. Members must provide all valid machine-printed sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip for redemption. The ambassadors at the Customer Service Counter or Concierge will place a stamp on the empty space on the original machine-printed sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip. Afterwards, all verified and registered data cannot be revised.
9. Each set of eligible receipts can only be used to redeem Reward 1 or Reward 2 or Reward 3 once, i.e. eligible receipts used for Reward 1 redemption cannot be re-used to redeem Reward 2 or Reward 3, and vice versa.
10. Each eligible member shall be entitled to the Rewards for a maximum of 1 time each per day during the promotional period. Members can redeem Reward 1 and/ Reward 2 and/ Reward 3 simultaneously with each qualifying accumulated spending, without any specific order. The registered receipts can be used to earn Coins and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and promotions, except parking promotion (refer to the Terms and conditions of the parking promotion).
11. The HLD Malls e-coupons are valid for 3 months, starting from the day of redemption.
12. The machine-printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips for all purchases should be dated between July 16 and August 31, 2023 (herein referred to as “promotional period”).
13. Designated spending amounts refer to the net amount of money paid. Discounts, cash coupons, or the value of any privileges or rebates from purchases will not be counted for purposes of the designated spending amounts.
14. Please refer to the “Merchants Accepting HLD Malls e-Coupon” from the H·COINS app for use of Henderson malls shopping and dining e-coupons.
15. All HLD Malls shopping and dining e-coupons, under any circumstances, cannot be transferred, moved to other accounts, or exchanged for cash or other gifts. All unused e-coupons will be forfeited after the valid period of this promotion.
16. In case of fraud or abuse, the participating malls reserve the right to immediately cancel or recall all received and/or redeemed HLD Malls shopping and/or dining e-coupons.
17. The Coins registration procedure carried out by members is subject to the terms and conditions under “Coins registration”. For details, please refer to the “Terms and Conditions” on the H·COINS website or mobile app.
18. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls have the absolute right and discretion to deny any disqualified and/or invalid sales receipts as well as redeemed HLD Malls shopping and dining e-coupons. Furthermore, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls also reserve final approval with respect to all related sales receipts and redeemed e-coupons. Members may not appeal any decision in this regard.
19. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the H‧COINS promotion at any time without prior notice, including all content appearing on the mobile app/website, Coins registration, Coins conversion, expiry dates of Coins, available rewards and offers, methods for redeeming and collecting rewards, and any special offers, terms and conditions, and other items, as well as termination of H‧COINS. It is the responsibility of members to remain informed about the structure and content of H‧COINS, including any modifications of these terms and conditions. Registering Coins or redeeming rewards and offers will be deemed as acceptance of all relevant terms and conditions by members. Henderson Leasing Agency Limited and the participating malls will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from any changes to the structure and/or content of H‧COINS, including amendments to these terms and conditions.
20. If any inconsistency or ambiguity arises between the English version and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
